NADCP’s Justice For Vets and PsychArmorⓇ Institute have launched a new free online education series on trauma for all veterans treatment court team members. The series continues Justice For Vets’ partnership with PsychArmorⓇ Institute, a non-profit organization committed to educating a nation by providing free, online education courses and critical resources to ensure military service members, veterans and their families thrive.
Trauma Awareness: Critical Information for Veterans Treatment Court Teams consists of eight short modules featuring subject matter experts and covering a range of critical issues related to trauma. Topics include PTSD Myths and Facts, Resilience in the Military, Understanding Suicide and Traumatic Brain Injury.
