With sadness, NADCP reports the passing of a fixture in the treatment court field. For nearly 20 years, Ken Arnold served NADCP and the treatment court field first as NDCI training faculty later as a full-time NADCP project director. Over his career, Ken shared his expertise in counseling and substance use treatment with thousands across the country. Ken was also instrumental in bringing treatment court to his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, serving on the Duval County Drug Court steering committee since 2000.
