Federal Advocacy

NADCP members receive unlimited access to information on pending or proposed federal legislation and regulations, through the liaison between NADCP's staff and key members of Congress and executive branch officials.

Federal Funding Assistance

NADCP organizational members are regularly updated on funding opportunities and eligibility requirements.

State Advocacy

NADCP created the Congress of State Drug Court Associations in 1997 as a vehicle to empower, support and nurture leadership at the local and state level. Comprised of two representatives from each state drug court association, the congress advocates for state and federal resources and funding and helps NADCP establish national policy.

National Conference

Discounted registration at the Annual Training Conference:
The annual training conference combines adult, family, juvenile and other problem-solving court issues to better reflect the training needs of the drug court field. The conference provides opportunities to interact with federal officials, members of Congress, and colleagues from around the country, attend workshops that provide education, training and technical assistance and to view products and services showcased by NADCP corporate members and other exhibitors. In addition, organizational members are invited to attend a special breakfast meeting to share issues and concerns with NADCP Board members and staff.

Invitation to the CEO's Reception at the Annual Conference

NADCP organizational members receive an invitation to the CEO's Reception at the annual training conference, providing an excellent opportunity to network with other professionals in the field.

Discount on National Drug Court Institute (NDCI) Advanced Trainings

NADCP organizational members receive a 10% discount on all NDCI advanced trainings.
