Federal Advocacy

NADCP members receive unlimited access to information on pending or proposed federal legislation and regulations, through the liaison between NADCP's staff and key members of Congress and executive branch officials.

Federal Funding Assistance

NADCP individual members receive unlimited access to updated information on funding opportunities and eligibility requirements.

State Advocacy

NADCP created the Congress of State Drug Court Associations in 1997 as a vehicle to empower, support and nurture leadership at the local and state level. Comprised of two representatives from each state drug court association, the congress meets twice a year and advocates for state and federal resources and funding and helps NADCP establish national policy.

National Conferences

Discounted registration at the Annual Training Conference:

The annual training conference is the largest conference ever convened with drug abuse and the criminal justice system as its focus. The conference provides opportunities to interact with federal officials, members of Congress, and colleagues from around the country, as well as attend workshops that provide education, training and technical assistance.
