The closing ceremony of NADCP's 16th Annual Drug Court Training Conference left no doubt to all in attendance that Drug Courts are making a global impact and that the time has come to put a Drug Court within reach of every person in need.

The stirring ceremony featured White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Director Gil Kerlikowske, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administrator Pamela Hyde, critically acclaimed actor Mathew Perry and Drug Court graduates.
